WHICH PRODUCTS ARE GOOD FOR ME?
We don't expect you to immediately know what home-care products are going to be best for you, that's what we're here for! In the absence of being able to personally assess you in clinic and help you choose what's right for you, we've come up with a simple, easy way for you to choose the best product for YOUR skin. We've kept things simple, and we've purposely reduced the number of products available so that we can provide you with the best, straightforward skin care advice.
essential step 1 - cleansers and toners
Cleansers and Toners are the first important step in your daily skin-care regime. A good quality cleanser will help to remove impurities from your skin, and initiate the first part of stabilising/improving your skin. With our Cetuem Cosmetics pump action cleansers, you'll only need a small amount, to form a beautiful creamy lather with water (you can do this in the shower!).
Following this by gently dabbing/patting small amounts of toner onto your skin helps to prepare, refresh and energise your skin. Your skin is now cleansed and ready for the next steps!
We have chosen two main options for cleansing/toning your skin, depending on your skin:
I have problematic skin
Problematic skin includes skin with dry/oily zones, frequent breakouts, areas of scarring/pigmentation, and generally anything that gives you concern. This skin needs to be BALANCED and STABILISED, and this is the purpose of Cetuem Cosmetic's PH CLEANSER AND TONER(LOTION) RANGE.

You'll notice very quick improvements to your skin once you start using these products. If you find your skin is very unbalanced, then you can start by using these both morning and night. However, as you find your skin improving, you can reduce this to once a day (morning). Eventually, once your skin is balanced and stable then you can move to a more illuminating cleanser. And trust us... with this kit your skin will start stabilising.
my skin is generally stable
If your skin is generally stable, then you want a cleanser and toner which is going to help you build on your solid foundations, to help BRIGHTEN, ILLUMINATE AND PREPARE your skin. This is exactly what the Illuminating Range from Cetuem Cosmetic's will do for you.

This is a long-term use cleanser and toner set, and is great for keeping your skin healthy, fresh and clear. If you've initially used the PH CLEANSER AND TONER KIT, this is the ideal choice to move to once your skin has stabilised.
essential step 2 - serum and moisturiser
Serums and Moisturisers are essential products that must be used on clean skin. They are instrumental in helping feed and moisturise/hydrate your skin, provide protection against the world, and to keep the largest organ in the body (the skin) healthy. We recommend applying the serum a short while after toning the skin, our Cetuem Cosmetics serum comes with a handy pipette (dropper), so you can really see how small droplets of this liquid gold really do go a long way. You only need apply a few drops, and then massage the serum into the face, neck and decollette area. There is only ONE serum we swear by, the incredible Cetuem SCR Gold Serum.
Moisturisers can be blended with or used after applying the serum. The moisturiser is designed to further hydrate the skin, and works WITH the serum to really feed and lift the skin.

The Cetuem Cosmetics' SCR Gold Serum is their signature product and is renowned nationally, endorsed by many medical professionals, celebrities, and skin-care experts. It is designed as an antioxidant serum, with highly effective active ingredients, pure plant marine extracts high in salicins and tannins, enriched in a special blend of willow bark, hyaluronic acid, colloidal gold, vitamins A, C (ester) and E, and a natural UV protecter. It is the ultimate product in protecting and feeding the skin. This is one product we could NOT live without.
moisturisers
There are two main moisturisers that we'd recommend from Cetuem Cosmetics - the Creme de Lite & The Illuminating Complex. Both are intensive rich moisturisers which will help to brighten the skin as well as help reduce pigmentation, uneven skin tones caused by sun damage, hormes, ageing or genetics. They both contain a high concentration of organic skin lightening complexes, natural actives and enriched with vitamins C (ester) and E. They are both suitable for severe sallow, uneven, pigmented and sun damaged skin. Neither product contains ANY bleaching or lightening products, and are paraben free.
Both moisturisers are absolutely brilliant, the noticable difference for you as the consumer is the texture; the Creme de Lite is a smooth silky texture, and the Illuminating Complex is a much richer creamy texture and is part of a newer line. This choice comes down to your personal preference - we like to alternate between both of them.
add on - step 3 - masks
A good quality mask serves to really help nourish, protect and rejuvenate the skin. Masks can also be used for problem areas, to help stabilise and balance the area quickly. We recommend applying a mask once or twice a week in the evening; you apply the mask product over the face (avoiding the eyes and lips), and leave it for at least 10-20 minutes, before removing with a damp flannel/sponge and then rinsing with water. Cetuem Cosmetics have a good range of masks, each with specific purposes, and we'd definitely recommend having at least one mask in your repetoire to keep your skin at 100%!
anti-blemish balm
The Cetuem Anti-blemish balm is a pre-mask treatment, and is designed for those with sensitive skin and for specific problematic areas. This balm is great for annoying spots and blemishes and should be applied to these specific areas, immediately before putting a mask on.
The Anti Blemish Balm is made with pure plant marine extracts, bentoonite, pure borage oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil and the essential oils of lavender, sandalwood and comomile enriched with pure Vitamin E. It is paraben free.
cane gommage
Cane Gommage is a fabulous exfoliating mask, which also helps with skin tightening, firming and lifting. It is made with natural exfoliants, glucose, and is rich in pure bees wax and carnuba wax. It's further enriched with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, allantoin and essention oils to give it it's unique performance. It is paraben free.
mask aperitif
The Mask Aperitif is designed to SOOTHE, HEAL, NOURISH and REHYDRATE the skin. It's ideal for mature and sensitive skin types. The Mask Aperitif is enriched with minerals, aloe vera, vitamin E, and essential oils, and provides incredible cell rejuvenation. It is paraben free.
illuminating mask
The illuminating mask is a rich and powerful botanic and clay mask that has been formulated to effectively exfoliate, brighten and eliminate uneven skin tones, encouraging a brighter, firmer and more radiant skin complexion. The mask is poweracked with an organic lightening complex, ceramid oil, vitamin C ester and alpha hydroxy acids. It is paraben free.
eye gel mask
An active dual action Eye Gel that can be applied either as an eye gel or as an eye gel mask, to help soothe and decongest the eye area. It's great for reducing puffy areas around the eye whilst helping with dark circles. It helps protect the delicate tissue around the eyes and giving a firming/tightening effect.
step 4 - body
Now that we've covered the face, neck and decollete areas, we wanted to tell you about a couple of incredible products designed for your body. These products are fantastic for rejuvenating your body skin, and really help to firm , tighten and reduce cellulite and stretch marks.
