Deposits and Managed Booking Policy
At Aesthetique Skin Clinics, in order to be able to provide all of our patients the best possible service and availability of appointments, we operate a managed booking policy. It is management policy that we will ask you for a deposit to secure your future bookings with us. This deposit will be used towards the cost of your treatment, and is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment within the terms of our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to keep the deposit as payment for our time, if;
1. You fail to provide us with more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation
2. You fail to attend your appointment
All of our patients, and our time is precious, and when we book out appointment time, this means that no one else will be able to book in this space. If you fail to attend, or cancel at very short notice, this slot will inevitably remain empty.
This policy is welcomed by our team and clients alike as it allows us to maintain a managed appointment system, and to ensure maximum availability for patients.
